For a limited time, the $50 exhibitor application fee is waived.

If your application is approved, you will receive your exhibitor agreement and invoice. The $250 initial reservation payment is due within 7 calendar days of receiving your exhibitor agreement and invoice. The remaining booth balance is due January 1, 2027.

Submitting an application does not reserve or guarantee booth space.

• Who attends the NC Homeschool Convention®? – Homeschool parents are always looking for the best resources, curriculum, and services to support their children’s education. This is where they find them.

• Is there an exhibitor application fee? – The normal $50 exhibitor application fee is currently waived for a limited time. Complete the exhibitor application, and our team will review it and follow up with next steps. If your application is approved, the $250 initial reservation payment is due within 7 calendar days of receiving your exhibitor agreement and invoice. The remaining booth balance is due January 1, 2027.

• Does submitting an application reserve my booth? – No. Submitting an application does not reserve or guarantee booth space. Booth space and requested upgrades are subject to approval and availability.

• Are one-day booths available? – Yes. Exhibitors may choose a Friday, Saturday, or Friday + Saturday booth, subject to availability.

• What is included with a standard booth? – Each standard booth includes a 10′ × 10′ booth space, one 8′ table, one floor-length black tablecloth, black pipe and drape, Wi-Fi, hooks for hanging a banner from the pipe and drape, and two company-name exhibitor lanyards.

• Are chairs included? – Chairs are not included with the standard booth. Chairs are available by request.

• I’ve never done a convention or trade show before; what if I don’t know what to do? – No worries! Approved exhibitors will receive setup and breakdown instructions before the convention. If you have questions along the way, send us a message and we will be happy to help.

• What if I don’t know how to get people to my booth? – We make it easy! As an exhibitor, you’ll receive built-in exposure through our event promotions—including email, social media, and our convention materials.

• Will I be competing with a lot of other businesses like mine? – No. We limit the number of exhibitors per category to ensure a great variety for attendees. Once a category is full, we stop accepting exhibitors in that category, so we encourage you to apply early.

• What time do I have to be there? Exhibitor setup and breakdown instructions will be provided to approved exhibitors before the convention.
• If we rent a booth for both days, do we have to break down on Friday and set up again on Saturday? No, exhibitors participating on both days only need to set up once, on Friday morning. Booth breakdown will begin on Saturday after the event ends.
