I’ve never done a convention or trade show before; what if I don’t know what to do? – No worries! We provide all the tools you need in our Vendor Marketing Pack to set you up for success. You’ll get suggested booth setups, interactive ideas to wow your potential clients, and marketing materials to help you promote your booth before the event. We’ve got you covered every step of the way!

What if I don’t know how to get people to my booth? – We make it easy! As an exhibitor, you’ll receive built-in exposure through our event promotions—including email, social media, and our convention materials. Plus, our Vendor Marketing Pack includes ready-made graphics and promo ideas to help you spread the word and bring customers right to you.

Will I be competing with a lot of other businesses like mine? – No. We limit the number of exhibitors per category to ensure a great variety for attendees. Once a category is full, we stop accepting exhibitors in that category, so be sure to secure your spot early!
- What time do I have to be there? Exhibitor setup and breakdown instructions will be provided to approved exhibitors before the convention.
- If we rent a booth for both days, do we have to break down on Friday and set up again on Saturday? No, exhibitors participating on both days only need to set up once, on Friday morning. Booth breakdown will begin on Saturday after the event ends.
