Hi Amazing Booth Vendors!

Here are a few important notes as we prepare for Day 2:

Set-Up & Arrival

• If you did not attend today and are setting up for the first time tomorrow:
  • You may arrive as early as 9:00 AM.
  • Please have your booth fully set up by 12:00 PM.
• If your booth is already set up from today:
  • Please plan to arrive by 12:00 PM.

Guest Arrival

Most of our VIP attendees visited today. With tomorrow’s anticipated increase in general admission guests, we plan to begin welcoming attendees at 12:30 PM. Please ensure your booth is fully prepared by then.

Parking & Entry Updates

The fairgrounds are currently repaving parts of the parking lot and surrounding roadways. As a result:

• The map previously sent may not reflect the current access points.
• Today, the back side of the building was blocked off.
• Please plan to drive in front of the building to reach the roll-up doors for unloading.
• The front doors will be locked, except for the far-left door, which will remain open for vendor access.

🎈 Scavenger Hunt Booths — Quick Details

If you’re one of our Scavenger Hunt Participants, thank you for helping us create a fun and interactive experience for our guests!

Here’s what you need to know:

• You’ll receive your official stamp at vendor check-in.
  We’ll hand it to you when you arrive so you’re ready by 12:30 PM.

• A balloon will be tied to your pipe and drape so families can easily identify your booth as part of the scavenger hunt. 🎈

• Participating booths include:
  • NC Driver Education
  • Raleigh Homeschoolers
  • SADD
  • Tutu School Brier Creek
  • Union Home Mortgage

Guests who collect all five stamps will earn a butterfly pin and are encouraged to take a selfie with their pin and tag us at #NCHomeschoolConvention 🦋
