How the Vendor Process Works:

Step 1: Reserve Your Booth – Submit your $50 deposit to hold your spot. Immediately after reserving, you will receive an email with the vendor application to complete. The deposit is fully refundable if your category is full, your application is not approved, or you cancel at least 30 days prior to the event.

Step 2: Submit Your Application – Complete and submit the vendor application as soon as possible so we can review your business details and booth selection.

Step 3: Application Review & Confirmation – Once your application is approved, you will receive your vendor contract and invoice. The $50 deposit will be applied toward your total booth fee.

Step 4: Vendor Access & Marketing Kit – After completing your contract and payment, you will receive access to the Vendor Portal, which includes:

  • Your Vendor Marketing Kit (pre-made social graphics, promotional materials, and tips for success)
  • Event logistics & setup details
  • Advertising options to maximize your visibility
